Huawei Technologies Adds USD 30,000 in Cash to

China's Disaster Relief Assistance to the Philippines  

 

 

On 28 September, the Chinese company Huawei Technologies Philippines, Inc. (HTPI) which operates here in Manila as a branch of Huawei Technologies, a Chinese telecom solutions provider, decided to donate USD 30,000 in cash as disaster relief funds to the Philippines.

 

HTPI President Yang Hua presented the check to His Excellency Vice President Noli De Castro at the National Day Reception celebrating the 60th founding anniversary of the People's Republic of China on the same day at Makati Shangri-la. Vice President Castro accepted the check with appreciation.

   

    On 29 September, the check was paid to the Philippines National Red Cross.
